PRIVATE & GROUP LESSONSRising Stars unique approach to individual player development allows athletes to refine softball specific mechanics while ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. Our individualized attention and instruction optimizes realized gains at a much faster rate!
Rising Stars’ pitcher development program is designed to deliver instruction that is personalized and customized to assist pitchers in reaching their goals. One of the major advantages of our training programs is that they are progressive and personalized.
CAMPS & CLINICSRising Stars Softball camps are the ultimate high performance experience. With programs & training at both the FUNdamental and ADVanced levels, our unique and age-appropriate approach to skills development, along with fun and innovative drills, skills, and challenges, are guaranteed to help participants develop a love for the sport and improve all aspects of their game!
TEAM TRAININGOne of the major advantages of Rising Stars Team Training & Development Programs is that they are inclusive, progressive, and individualized, while allowing for the support of organizational systems, and the full integration of team strategy.
Small Team training sessions consist of 8-11 athletes and are one hour in length. In order to schedule “team” training sessions, a consultation between the team coach/manager and the Program Director is needed. At that time, a set schedule will be given and those dates and times will be allocated to that team.
Large Team training sessions consist of 12+ athletes and are one hour in length. In order to schedule “team” training sessions, a consultation between the team coach/manager and the RS Training Director is needed. At that time, a set schedule will be
given and those dates and times will be allocated to that team.
Functional (HIIT), Individual & Group Training
Private training consists of 1:1 rations and are one hour in length unless otherwise determined. Private training sessions are by appointment only and include an initial athlete assessment, progress reports, and an exit evaluation and report.

Semi-private training consists of 2-3 athletes and are one hour in length unless otherwise determined. Semi-private
training are by appointment only and should be scheduled based on proximity in birth year of the athletes.

Small group training consists of 4-10 players and are one hour in length unless otherwise determined. In order to schedule group sessions, a consultation between the team coach and Program Director is suggested. Schedules are determined between athletes and Program Director.

Team training is for teams of 11-15 players. Training is one hour in length unless otherwise determined. In order to schedule team training sessions, a consultation between the team coach and the Rising Stars Training Director is needed. At that time, a set schedule will be given and those dates and times will be allocated to that team.

WINTER Tournament TEAMS
This program is offered to further athletes opportunities for high level exposure through US based fall/winter tournaments. Our goal is to bridge the gap and improve the level of play in our Ontario athletes. Rising Stars Academy is planned to participate in 2-3 tournaments through the 2020/21 off-season. This program is in partnership with the PWSA and is open to all Ontario athletes.

Technical Director and Lead Instructor Erin Forman is on the cutting edge of instructional techniques, tools, and theories for optimal development. Erin has worked with countless local and regional athletes, supporting aspiring studentathletes as they continue in their positive development and successfully pursue U.S. softball scholarships, with many advancing to become provincial and national calibre softball players.
