Our series of award worthy workshops are designed by and FEATURE current and former ELITE sport specific ATHLETES and/or COACHES. We offer a number of options for the scheduling and delivery of our AGE-APPROPRIATE programs. The lengths of our workshops are FLEXIBLE, which allows simple and EFFECTIVE COORDINATION with established school routines and CLASS SCHEDULES. Programs are aligned with Ministry of Education’s HEALTH & PHYSICAL EDUCATION CURRICULUM EXPECTATIONS. All awareness topics are INTERCHANGEABLE with sport of interest and choice.

Bounce Bullies Basketball effectively moves the conversation beyond bullying to a more prosocial focus on the development of interpersonal skills, while building bridges through mutual respects, cultural connections, and welcoming differences. This active learning experience will promote caring and inclusive environments, while raising awareness around positive and supporting relationships through productive associations, mutual respects, and embracing diversity.DEFENDING DIFFERENCES
Defending Differences Soccer is a unique workshop designed to reduce the stigma and raise awareness about Mental Health, through the creative integration of soccer skills and drills. Students participate and have fun, while enhancing knowledge and understanding around the topic, and developing life skills to assist them in appreciating and becoming more comfortable in recognizing and dealing with the realities
TACKLE THE PRESSURE
Tackle the Pressure is a unique workshop designed to raise awareness about the pitfalls and unfortunate realities of drug & alcohol use and abuse. Through the creative integration of flag football skills, drills and challenges, students will be actively engaged and have fun, while enhancing knowledge and understanding on the topic, and developing life skills in the process of their healthy participation.
RUN THE RIGHT WAY
Run the Right Way is a unique workshop designed to raise awareness about healthy and active living through the creative integration of FUNdamental movement and athletic skills, drills, and challenges. Students participate and have fun, while developing foundational movement skills and enhancing knowledge & understanding of physical and health literacies. This workshop creatively promotes the development of life skills that will assist youth in making healthy decisions and setting goals for lifelong success.
LACROSSE CULTURES
Lacrosse Cultures & Connections is a unique workshop designed to raise awareness about the Indigenous origins of the sport of Lacrosse, while promoting sport development, and exploring the history of this Native American tradition that has become an international sport. Through respectful explorations, and the creative integration of lacrosse skills and drills, in the process of their participation, students will develop pride, understanding and awareness of Indigenous cultures, traditions, contributions and achievements in and through what was originally called ‘The Creator’s Game’.
INDIGENOUS GAMES
Life Skills Through Indigenous Games is a unique workshop designed to raise awareness about indigenous cultures, through the promotion of healthy active living, and the creative integration of traditional Indigenous games and activities. Students participate and have fun, while developing physical literacy, and enhancing knowledge & understanding of First Nation, Metis & Inuit cultures.
MINDFUL MARTIAL ARTS
Mindful Martial Arts is a unique workshop designed to raise awareness about the importance of maintaining healthy balances through the creative exploration of mixed martial arts. In the process of participation, students will practice effective decision making, and demonstrate self control and regulation through the application of positive and constructive self defence and conflict resolution strategies.
SUCCESSFUL SETTINGS
‘Successful Settings’ is a unique workshop designed to raise awareness about healthy relationships through sport promotion and the creative integration of FUNdamental Volleyball skills, drills, and challenges. Students participate and have fun, while developing foundational sport specific skills and enhancing knowledge & understanding around the importance of positive environments and healthy associations. This workshop creatively promotes the development of essential life skills that will assist youth in developing resilience, self esteem, and confidence.LIFE IS A HIT
Life is a HITT is a unique workshop designed to raise awareness about the importance of wellness through the creative exploration of High Intensity Interval Training. In the process of participation, students will build aerobic/anerobic capacity, and build core strength through a circuit of related fitness challenges. Students will demonstrate stamina and resilience through the application of positive self-talk and personal management strategies.Love this program which promotes life skills and leadership skills to students. Positive and targeted interaction and activities which are meaningful and relevant. Your ability to adapt, listen, and be flexible in your delivery is the key to your success.
