Functional (HIIT), Individual & Group Training
PRIVATE
Private training sessions consist of 1-3 athletes and are one hour in length unless otherwise determined.
Private training sessions are by appointment only and include an initial athlete
assessment, progress reports, and an exit evaluation and report.
SMALL GROUP
Small Group training sessions consist of 4-7 athletes are one hour in length and are partof our preset schedule based on birth year. Small group sessions are Monday –
Thursday from 4:00pm – 6:00pm and are capped at 7 athletes per group per session. You can set up your schedule in your locker in our convenient registration system!
SMALL TEAM
Small Team training sessions consist of 8-11 athletes and are one hour in length. In order to schedule “team” training sessions, a consultation between the team coach / manager and the Program Director is needed. At that time, a set schedule will be given and those dates and times will be allocated to that team.
LARGE TEAM
Large Team training sessions consist of 12+ athletes and are one hour in length. In order to schedule “team” training sessions, a consultation between the team coach / manager and the RS Training Director is needed. At that time, a set schedule will be given and those dates and times will be allocated to that team.
